Privacy Policy

Likuid Studios is a design and development studio based in San Jose, California, operated by Rivera Reserve Group LLC (“Likuid”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect when you visit likuidstudios.com or get in touch, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect very little, we use it only to talk with you and run this site, and we never sell it.

What we collect

• What you send us. When you email us or use a project inquiry form, we receive your name, email address and anything you choose to write, such as a project brief.
• Technical data. Like almost every website, our hosting provider processes standard request data — your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and when — to deliver the site, keep it secure and prevent abuse. We also use your IP address for a moment to limit spam on our inquiry form; we don’t keep it for that purpose.

We don’t use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies (see our Cookies Policy), and we don’t build profiles of visitors.

How we use it

• To reply to you and discuss or deliver the work you ask about.
• To run, secure and improve this website.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that help us operate, acting on our behalf: Vercel (website hosting), Resend (delivering inquiry-form messages to our inbox) and our email provider. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for as long as the conversation — and any project that follows — needs it, then delete or archive it as our legal and accounting obligations allow. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it by emailing anthony@likuidstudios.com. If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the right to know, delete and correct personal information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing — we don’t sell or share it — and we won’t treat you differently for using these rights. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have similar rights under the GDPR, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Because we don’t track visitors, browser “Do Not Track” and Global Privacy Control signals don’t change anything here — there’s nothing to switch off.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.

Security and location

We use reasonable safeguards — encrypted connections, access limited to the people who need it — though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Our providers process information in the United States.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the date above.
