These terms govern your use of likuidstudios.com (the “site”), run by Rivera Reserve Group LLC, doing business as Likuid Studios (“Likuid”, “we”, “us”), a design and development studio in San Jose, California. By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Using the site

You may browse the site for personal and business research. Please don’t misuse it: no attempts to gain unauthorized access, disrupt or overload it, copy it at scale by automated means, or use it for anything unlawful.

Our content and our clients’ work

The site’s text, design, code, films and the Likuid name and mark belong to Rivera Reserve Group LLC. The client work shown here belongs to the respective clients and is shown with their permission; their names and logos are their trademarks. Nothing on the site grants you a license to use any of it beyond viewing the site.

Services

The site describes what we do; it isn’t an offer. Every engagement is governed by its own written agreement — a proposal or statement of work — which controls if it differs from anything here. Portfolio pieces and results show past work; they aren’t a promise of specific outcomes.

“Visit” and other links may take you to sites we don’t control. We aren’t responsible for their content or practices.

No warranties

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we don’t promise the site will always be available or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Likuid won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to one hundred US dollars.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
